DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience in-store, coaching teammates and driving engagement in loyalty programs and services. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships that drive retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing accurate information about products.
• Develop and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities with store leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet athlete traffic while meeting payroll and financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and SOPs and hold teammates accountable.
