Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing 30–60–90 day plans to support department priorities and staffing needs.
• Schedule and supervise teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and payroll targets.
• Build and lead a team, conduct coaching, and manage performance to ensure a welcoming environment for teammates and customers.
• Enforce store policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
