Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences with product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Assist in 30–60–90 day plans and store operations; act as Head Coach when leading.
• Communicate departmental goals, assign workloads, and optimize schedules to meet goals.
• Build and lead a team, hire, onboard, coach, review, and manage performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and SOPs; hold teammates accountable.
