Responsibilities

• Support the development of 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to align with priorities and budgets.
• Communicate departmental goals weekly and assign workload to optimize staffing and payroll targets.
• Build a strong team through hiring, coaching, and performance management while maintaining a respectful store environment.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and hold teammates accountable.
