Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, knowledgeable information about products and services.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly checkout and build loyalty.
• Help plan and execute store initiatives, staffing, and merchandising with a focus on operational excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain direct_reports while ensuring coaching, performance reviews, and compliance.
