Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain - Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the sales floor and drive engagement in loyalty programs. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships to boost retention.

In this on-site role, you will coach teammates, manage scheduling, onboarding, and performance, and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing accurate product information and assisting with loyalty programs.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and manage operational initiatives.
• Create schedules and lead a team to meet goals while ensuring payroll and financial targets are met.
