DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain - Endzone Loyalty to lead the athlete experience and drive loyalty program engagement. You will coach teammates, deliver fast, friendly checkouts, and build strong athlete relationships that boost retention.

In this role you’ll manage daily store operations, schedule staff, and ensure policies are followed while delivering exceptional service to athletes of all abilities from the moment they enter the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, knowledgeable product information.
• Help develop 30–60–90 day plans; oversee operations with store leadership.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to meet goals and payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong team, hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; hold teammates accountable.
