Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Lead and develop a team of teammates, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, loss prevention, and store policies and procedures.
• Support execution of plans and budgets, and adjust as needed to meet goals.
