As a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty, you will lead fast, friendly checkout experiences, coach teammates, and build strong athlete relationships that drive retention while delivering on company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers and providing accurate product information.
• Lead and coordinate store operations, including opening/closing procedures and frontline leadership.
• Develop schedules and allocate workloads to maximize efficiency and maintain payroll targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop teammates; manage performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Enforce safety, loss-prevention policies, and store procedures to ensure a secure environment.
