Qualifications

3+ years of successful classroom teaching experience.
Proven experience serving on a school leadership team or equivalent.
Current Certified Mentor status or commitment to earn mentor certification on hire.
Growth mindset with commitment to attend all 10 specialized innovative teacher trainings.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align school goals with district priorities.
Mentor new and developing educators through coaching, co-teaching and peer observations.
Model advanced instructional strategies, including technology integration and data-driven differentiation.
Participate in school leadership team to shape the academic vision and strategic goals.
