Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
• Proven experience serving on a school leadership team or in an equivalent building-level leadership capacity.
• Valid State Teaching Certification.
• Current Certified Mentor status, or commitment to earn mentor certification upon hire.
• Demonstrated commitment to attend all 10 specialized innovative teacher trainings.

Responsibilities

• Shape the school’s academic vision, culture, and strategic goals as part of the leadership team.
• Act as a liaison between administration and staff to promote innovative practices.
• Guide county curriculum initiatives to align with district goals and translate changes into classroom strategies.
• Mentor new and developing educators and provide instructional coaching and co-teaching opportunities.
• Model advanced instructional strategies including technology integration and data‑driven differentiation.
