Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience.

• Valid State Teaching Certification is required.
• Current Certified Mentor status or commitment to earn mentor certification.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, including attending all 10 specialized trainings.

Responsibilities

• Serve actively on the school leadership team to shape the school’s academic vision, culture, and goals.
• Act as a liaison between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
• Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives, ensuring local alignment with district goals.
• Attend all 10 mandated innovative teacher training sessions and professional development workshops.
• Translate district curriculum changes into actionable classroom strategies for peers.
• Serve as a certified mentor to guide new and developing educators.
• Offer instructional coaching, co-teaching, and peer observations to support peers.
• Model advanced instructional strategies, including technology integration and data-driven differentiation.
