Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
Proven experience serving on a school leadership team.
Valid State Teaching Certification.
Certified Mentor status or commitment to earn mentor certification upon hire.
Willingness to attend all mandated innovative teacher trainings.

Responsibilities

Serve on the school leadership team to shape academic vision and goals.
Act as liaison between administration and instructional staff to promote innovative practices.
Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align with district goals.
Attend all mandated innovative teacher trainings and translate changes for classrooms.
Mentor new educators and provide instructional coaching and co-teaching opportunities.
Model advanced instructional strategies including technology integration and data-driven differentiation.
