Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
• Proven experience serving on a school leadership team.
• Current State Teaching Certification and Mentor status or commitment to earn.

Responsibilities

• Shape the school’s academic vision and strategic goals as part of the leadership team.
• Act as liaison between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
• Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives aligning with district goals.
• Attend all 10 mandated innovative teacher trainings and professional development sessions.
• Translate district curriculum changes into actionable classroom strategies for peers.
• Mentor and coach new and developing educators; model advanced instructional strategies.
