Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
• Proven leadership on a school leadership team or equivalent.
• Certified State Teaching Certification.
• Current Certified Mentor status or commitment to earn mentor certification.
• Willingness to attend 10 specialized innovative teacher trainings and related sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the school leadership team to help shape academic vision, culture, and goals.
• Act as liaison between administration and instructional staff to promote innovative practices.
• Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and ensure alignment with district goals.
• Attend all 10 mandated innovative teacher trainings and professional development.
• Translate district changes into actionable classroom strategies for peers.
• Serve as a certified mentor guiding new educators and providing coaching and observations.
• Model advanced instructional strategies including technology integration and data-driven differentiation.

Education
