Monfalcone & Garris PC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to be the first point of contact for our clients in Virginia. You will perform clerical and administrative tasks to support tax season operations, greeting onsite guests, scheduling appointments, and assisting with document handling with a positive, proactive mindset.

This full-time role starts immediately and runs through 5/1, with overtime during peak tax season and opportunities for advancement as you learn and grow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or related field.
• Curiosity to improve daily tasks and processes.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
