Koffex Accounting in Crest Hill, IL is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to manage front-desk duties during tax season. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with billing while keeping the office organized.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and reliability. Some evenings and Saturdays during peak weeks are expected, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (front desk, retail, call center, or similar).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and general office equipment.
• Ability to stay organized and courteous during high call and foot-traffic volume.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Available to work the full length of tax season, including some evenings and Saturdays during peak weeks.
