H&R Block in Elkridge, MD is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients, handle check-in, scheduling, and daily office operations alongside tax professionals. This in-person role offers training and a potential path into tax preparation or office leadership.

You will greet clients, answer calls, match clients with the right tax professional, maintain a tidy office, and protect confidential information.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and Teams.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
• Receptionist/front desk/administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in tax office/financial services beneficial.
