Client Growth Resources, Inc, a U.S.-based manufacturer serving nationwide projects, seeks a hands-on Tax Manager focused on ASC 740 provision and coordination of outsourced tax functions. You will act as the internal quarterback to external advisors and tax providers to ensure accurate tax reporting and timely deliverables.

The role emphasizes ownership of the provision, interaction with Big 4/regional firms, and collaboration with sales/use tax teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision.
• Experience with federal and state income tax compliance for C-Corps.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual ASC 740 tax provision including current and deferred calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis; prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors; review federal and state returns/workpapers; manage timelines.
