Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a hands-on Tax Manager to own the ASC 740 tax provision and coordinate outsourced tax functions with external advisors and internal teams.

The role oversees federal, state, and local tax compliance, sales/use tax oversight, and proactive tax planning. Ideal candidates will show independent execution, strong project management, and effective cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision and calculations.
• Experience with C-Corp federal and state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.
• Proven ability to manage audits and respond to tax authorities.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to operate independently in a hands-on environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual ASC 740 income tax provision and related analyses.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee outsourced sales and use tax compliance processes.
• Review tax returns and workpapers; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and planning strategies.
• Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
