The role focuses on ASC 740 income tax provision and coordinating outsourced tax functions, acting as the internal quarterback with external advisors (RSM) and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• Experience with federal and state tax compliance and coordination with outsourced tax providers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision with current and deferred calculations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors (e.g., RSM).
• Review federal and state income tax returns and workpapers.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and open items for tax filings and audits.
• Oversee outsourced sales/use tax compliance processes and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain systems to track regulatory changes and impact on tax reporting.
• Support tax audits and respond to tax authorities.
