Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• Experience with C-Corp federal and state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.

Responsabilités

• Own annual ASC 740 tax provision, including current and deferred calculations and reconciliations.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors and manage timelines/deliverables.
• Oversee outsourced sales/use tax compliance processes and filings.
• Support tax audits and respond to authority inquiries.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and assist with planning strategies.
