Qualifications

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• Experience with federal and state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision and related schedules.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors (RSM) and sales tax providers (Avalara).
• Manage multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and tax reporting.
• Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
