The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a hands-on Tax Manager in the United States to own the ASC 740 provision and coordinate with external advisors (RSM) and sales tax providers (Avalara). The role centers on provision execution, compliance oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration across tax and finance teams.

Qualificações

• ASC 740 income tax provision experience.
• C-Corp federal and state tax compliance.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Working knowledge of Avalara or similar sales tax systems.
• Proven ability to manage audits and respond to tax authorities.
• Strong project management and coordination mindset.
• Ability to operate independently in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision with current and deferred calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analyses.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors and manage tax returns/workpapers.
• Oversee outsourced sales/use tax compliance processes and reconciliations.
• Support tax strategy, planning, and regulatory change tracking.
