Intuit is actively seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, engage with communities, and drive end-to-end tax solutions within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• onsite presence 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other services for year-round support.
• Build relationships with customers to convert transactions into long-term engagement.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with professionalism and clear tax guidance.
