Job summary

Intuit is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory resources.

You’ll drive local growth, build relationships in the community, and deliver exceptional service in in-person and virtual settings, with a focus on a personalized, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Assist in discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events with marketing support.
• Link clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
