Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service. You will also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base, fostering relationships, and representing Intuit in the community through events and outreach,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
