Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation, while coordinating with a broader team of tax advisors and specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to support community outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Must have professional tax credentials (EA/CPA or attorney).
• Experience filing federal/state returns with professional software.
• Onsite work availability at TurboTax locations.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience with in-person and virtual clients.
• Stay compliant with tax laws and internal training requirements.
• Represent TurboTax professionally, mapping client needs to Intuit solutions.
