Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, offer expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with a network of tax and advisory specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and tax laws knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of 1040 tax returns prepared per season.
• Open to expanding services like bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Complete required training and development as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Leverage government sites, tools and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in local meetings.
