Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide in-person and virtual tax preparation, advice, and software support in a dedicated location. You will engage with clients, understand their financial picture, and connect them with the appropriate Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You will help grow the local TurboTax business, build lasting client relationships, and participate in community outreach while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney certifications with tax prep expertise.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and to wear company uniforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services for end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
