Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns, serving in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients to holistic Intuit services. A strong tax background, on-site availability, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; may scale up during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
