Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and partner with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to serve clients end-to-end. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events, while leveraging Intuit marketing tools to expand presence.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and development per business needs; uniforms; advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; content creation per Intuit policies.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; drive customer loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and translate tax concepts into everyday language.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador at events and in marketing efforts.
