Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, in-depth tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience. This role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering personalized service, and collaborating with a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep filing 30+ returns per season with professional software, familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business returns, optimize deductions, and file amendments.
• Provide future tax planning advice and coordinate with specialists for full-service delivery.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience using Intuit tools and resources.
