Intuit is seeking hardworking, year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for personal and small-business needs while collaborating with a team of specialists to offer end-to-end solutions.

You’ll grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and guide clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax market presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and virtually using Intuit tools.
• Maintain compliance training and participate in ongoing development and product training.
