Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, with a team-based approach to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and provide year-round

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA, CPA or attorney) with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete training, wear uniforms and participate in company advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds and offer planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners for holistic services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
