Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement.

As a Local Service Expert, you will work on-site, provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience while growing the local client

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal/state) per season.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via digital tools.
