Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team across the United States. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support in TurboTax locations.

You will work closely with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and connect customers with broader Intuit services while growing a local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and repeat business.
