Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, with a strong emphasis on growing local client relationships and engagement.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists, addressing personal and business tax needs, and leveraging Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax office location (8:00 AM–5:00 PM as baseline).

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual sessions.
