Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role involves in-person and virtual tax services, building client relationships and collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will provide tax expertise, assist with complex scenarios, and actively grow the local business while offering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial services.
• Deliver excellent customer service in-person and virtually.

Skills

EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep

Active PTIN to file taxes

3+ years tax return filing (30+ 1040s)

Upskill into additional tax services

Onsite 20 hours/week (Mon-Fri)

Training/compliance participation

Uniforms and advertising usage

Community presence and marketing

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Education
