Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, trusted advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete required training and development; various compliance and upskilling programs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in advertising with consent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries.
