Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end guidance.

You will build local relationships, expand the client base, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite; 20+ hours per week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete required training; uniforms; advertising collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business income.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services for a full ecosystem experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support via in-person and video interactions.
• Build lasting relationships and help clients achieve financial goals.
