Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to in-person and virtual clients, helping them navigate complex tax situations with personalized service. As a local ambassador, you will grow your client base via outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships, while collaborating with a broader Intuit team to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax-related questions.
