Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients. You will be the connective tissue between clients and a broader team of specialists, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience while helping grow the local client base and brand awareness through community outreach and local

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
