Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax locations as Local Service Experts, delivering on-site tax expertise and in-person service to customers.

You will collaborate with our team of tax specialists to provide end-to-end support, help clients navigate complex scenarios, and grow the TurboTax client base while upholding Intuit’s mission to empower financial prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms provided; advertising with your name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships with prospects and partners.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver year-round support.
• Build relationships and trust to convert transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and guidance for tax goals.
