Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor, build local relationships, and connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and payroll, while providing a best-in-class customer experience. The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, with on-site duties, market growth responsibilities, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 returns prepared annually.
• Willing to upskill into more services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and adhere to policies.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Ability to build local/community presence (online + in person).
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the customer base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and guidance.
