Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll grow local client relations and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will work on-site, assist both in-person and virtual clients, and help expand TurboTax in the

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfort with onsite TurboTax office hours and uniform policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end service.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
