Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support at local TurboTax locations. You will connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes active community engagement, relationship-building, and using Intuit tools to empower clients’ financial outcomes year-round.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
Grow TurboTax client base locally by outreach, referrals, and community events, building long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with other specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.
