Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for diverse tax scenarios.

You’ll connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, grow the local client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through end-to-end tax services and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a local growth driver, identify prospects, and build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
