Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance to diverse clients.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with tax professionals across the Intuit ecosystem, and provide end-to-end service from discovery to completion, ensuring a clear path to financial wellbeing for customers.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax location and work 20+ hours weekly between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Drive local growth by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve tax-related challenges.
• Participate in training and development as required by the business.
