This on-site role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and build long-term relationships within the local market. You will work in TurboTax locations across the United States, providing hands-on tax advice, preparing returns, and collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience for clients’

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the internal team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end client experiences.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
